Fair play: perks marked with the padlock are locked in combat (ProCombat). Convenience yes, PvP advantage no.
To receive your rank: log into the server once after buying and it applies automatically.
In-game items (keys, Dracmas and the Protection ore): you must be online when they're delivered. If you're not, you won't receive them, and it's your responsibility to be online.
