How do I join the server?

On Minecraft Java or Bedrock, add the IP hyperionsmc.com and you're in. You'll find the step-by-step guide in How to join.

I bought a rank and never got it

Ranks are applied automatically within 1–5 minutes; try reconnecting. If it still doesn't show up, open a Discord ticket with your exact username and your proof of purchase — it gets resolved with priority.

My base got griefed — can it be restored?

Yes. The server logs every block placed or broken, so the staff can investigate and roll back the damage. Open a report with the coordinates and the approximate time — and protect your base with claims so it doesn't happen again.

How do I protect my land?

With a golden shovel: right-click two opposite corners of your land and it will be claimed. Inside your claim, nobody can build, break blocks or open chests without your permission.

Can I appeal a ban or a mute?

Yes, every punishment can be appealed once. Fill out the appeal form and be clear and honest; the team reviews the full case and replies via Discord. You can read the rules in Rules.

Are store purchases refundable?

Digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except for duplicate charges or store errors. If that's your case, open a ticket with your receipt and we'll sort it out.
